Louise gave the boys their Christmas gifts (yes it's late but that's ok....have you ever seen any kid complain about unexpected gifts??) which actually she sent home with me after work last week. Needless to say, the boys were thrilled and enjoyed their new toys, candy, and corn curls! Actually, the boys have acquired a lot of new toys in the last couple weeks...new stuff from Louise and then today we went up to Toys-r-Us to spend gift cards that are left from Christmas. Oh my...$90.00 for each kid, that is a lot of stuff that on one hand I really didn't want to bother with. But the kids came home with tons of toys (or so it feels like) and I feel the need to clean out the toyboxes...again. I think we have finally just about used up the gift cards from Christmas and I hope we are done buying so much stuff for awhile. But the kids are happy and actually Andy is happy they have a bunch of new stuff since he is hoping that it keeps them busy and entertained for most of the day tomorrow while I'm at work! ;)
